Vendor Information

We’re so excited you will be joining us for The Lyndhurst Holiday Market!


Here are a few event details:

Lyndhurst Mansion- 635 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591


What is provided?

A 6ft table and 2 chairs will be provided for you. If anyone prefers to bring their own table, please let us know.

Where is the market taking place? 

The market will be held in the carriage house and adjoined indoor, heated wedding tent, directly across from the mansion. 


Load-in will begin at 7:30am and run until 9:30am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please drive up to the carriage house, unload your items and park your car. There will be a crew to assist with loading in your items and a representative from Lyndhurst will direct you to the designated vendor parking area. 

There will be an option for early load in for full weekend/ Friday vendors on Wednesday, November 27th, times TBD.

If anyone needs electricity, please let us know. Outlets are limited but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.


The tent will be well lit but we do encourage vendors to bring battery operated lights if you would like to highlight small details.



Wifi will be available to vendors and info will be distributed the day of the event



Break down will begin at 5:30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the crew will be back at this time to assist with load out. Vendors signed up for multiple days can leave their tables set up. Overnight security will be present.

As a reminder, anyone who donates an item to the raffle will be entered for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card! We will be drawing the winning market vendor on Sunday. If you are not present to receive the gift card, we will mail it to you. Please let us know if you will be dropping off an item when you arrive for the market, so we can promote it on social media this week.
