When is the Lyndhurst Holiday Market?
The Market will take place Friday, November 29th, Saturday, November 30th, and Sunday, December 1st, 2019 from 10am - 5:30pm.
Is it free to attend?
The Lyndhurst Holiday Market is free to attend with purchase of a Mansion Viewing Ticket. $24 tickets include the spectacular self paced Mansion & holiday decoration tour, the holiday market, holiday entertainment, children's activities and more! If you don't wish to take the tour $5 Market only ticket will be available at the door.
What is the vendor fee and what is included?
Vendor fees for the weekend are $270, this includes a 6ft table and 2 chairs.
Am I required to have event insurance?
Yes, additional liability insurance is required. Weekend policies can be found here: www.actinsurance.com.
What types of vendors do you accept?
The Lyndhurst holiday market is a carefully curated mix of the region's talented artists & makers. Not sure if you are a good fit but have a unique product? We encourage you to apply or send us an email.
When do we load-in and when can we break-down?
Load-in is from 7:30am - 9:30am on Friday and break-down will begin at 5:30pm on Sunday. Event staff will be available to assist with vendor load in/load out.
How many vendors can participate?
60 vendors! There will also be activities for kids, an on-site cafe, and mansion tours going on all weekend.
Is the space ADA accessible?
Yes, this event is ADA accessible.
Is there a public restroom?
Yes, there will be a public restroom at the event.
Is there wifi or electricity?
Yes, wifi will be available to all vendors and electricity will be available upon request.
Will there be food?
Yes! There will be seasonal snacks and drinks available at the on-site cafe.
Where do we park?
There will be nearby, on-site parking for all market vendors and patrons.
